6 eggs that are hard boiled and shelled
2 teaspoons gram flour
1 onion
2 green chilies
1 teaspoon red chilly powder
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
Oil and salt according to your preference

Preparation:
Mash the hard boiled eggs in a marinade bowl.
In the blender, mix together the onion, coriander, green chilies, gram flour, pepper powder, red chilly powder, mint and salt according to your preference and taste.
The ingredients should be ground to a coarse consistency.
Add the paste thus acquired to the mashed eggs and knead dough.
Make equal portions of the dough and give each a desired patty shape.
Main Cooking:
In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry each of the pieces.
Presentation:
Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander and mint leaves finely chopped, a green salad or onion rings.
