Ingredients:
1 medium sized radish cut into cubes
1 cup curd
1/4 cup gram flour
1/2 tsp each of chili powder
Turmeric powder and dry coriander powder
1/2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves chopped fine
1/2 tsp each of mustard and methi seeds
4-5 curry leaves
Salt to taste

Mula Ni Kadhi is an all time favorite and it will take you only minutes to find out why! The delicacy goes well with rice or puris at lunch time or at dinner time. Preparation:
Blend together the curd and gram flour in a large mixing bowl.
Slowly add water and all the spices.
The mixture should be even.
Add radish pieces and set aside.
Main Cooking:
In a heavy bottom vessel heat the cooking medium of your choice and throw in the curry leaves, mustard seeds and fenugreek or cumin seeds.
Switch off the flame once the spices stop spluttering.
Pour this seasoning over the kadhi mix.
Now, again heat this blend over a slow fire and cook till the radish gets soft enough to be eaten and the gram flour is well cooked. This should be achieved in about 10 minutes.
Presentation:
Radish curry should be served hot garnished with a sprinkle of coriander leaves in it.
