Nothing can be better than a good salad when you are hungry but its not the time for a full course meal. Moreover, salads serve best for those who follow a fast and hectic schedule and are short of time for preparing a lengthy and time consuming full course meals. Well, here's some salad recipes which are quick to make and delicious to have. If you like ham, then you can prepare grilled ham salad in a jiffy. You will require half a pound of ham steaks, 1/4 cup of peach preserves, one and half cup of cubed cheese, half a cup of honey mustard for salad dressing. You can also go for around ten ounce of packaged salad green. To prepare this delicious salad, brush the steaks with the preserves and place them in the grill. You need to cook it for 10 to 13 minutes in moderate heat before applying more preserves by turning them over. Then, chop the ham in cubes and mix it with salad greens and other ingredients. Your salad is ready.

If you love fruits, then you can make a delicious filbert and cherry salad in no time. All you need to do is take seeded cherries and stuff them with filbert.
