They enable safe handling and are great to use. The vessels are also used specifically to compliment the Indian cuisine at a number of five and seven star Indian hotels. They find multiple uses in the home. Steel utensils are safe investments, something future generations can benefit from. Even if they are not used in the cook and serve mode, they are most definitely used to store cut vegetables, prepare pre-cooking mixes of ingredients, serve as traditional cake and sweet molds and store leftovers. Stainless steel looks great when washed and dried. It adds to shelf appeal and makes the investment worthwhile.
